Drop It Like It's BOX !!!

i've recently bought into the idea of doing ONE challenging thing per week SO here goes... THIS WEEK'S challenge- a Bridal CARD BOX!!!

VERY different than the usual trusted friend/ relative you're used to walking around with a wedding pouch collecting envelopes! a CARD BOX is a DECORATIVE place guests can insert cards and gift envelopes themselves.

after the festivities the couple may use it later to store cards and/or memorabilia.

i LOVE the idea of making a CARD BOX a FOCAL point for recieving monetary gifts and the like! i mean why not make guests' giving JUST as celebratory as the rest of your wedding day?!

(kinda reminds me of offering time at church) LOL!
GIVING SHOULD BE A JOYFUL OCCASION!

so a lil FYI for this project- i'm starting out with a minimally decorated CARD BOX that i will break down and REDESIGN with BRIDAL COLORS and THEME!
